Pakeezah Actress Geeta Kapoor Will Finally Move To An Old Age Home, Son Still Untraceable
Police gives No Objection Certificate for the ailing actress’ discharge from the hospital. Ashoke Pandit and Ramesh Taurani continue their good work as they prepare for Geeta Kapoor’s transfer to an old age home
Here is the latest update on Pakeezah actress Geeta
Kapoor, who was found unconscious at the SRV Hospital in Goregaon, where her
son, a choreographer named Raja, had abandoned her. She will soon be shifted to
an old age home.
The veteran actress was malnourished and frail when she
was admitted to the hospital and more than a month later, she had finally
regained her health.
After media reports revealed her plight, filmmaker and
CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) member Ashoke Pandit and producer
Ramesh Taurani stepped forward to help the veteran actress.

They footed Geeta Kapoor’s hospital bill which came to Rs
1.5 lakh.
Now came the question of her future.
We had earlier told you that Taurani and Pandit want to
transfer Geeta Kapoor to an old age home but the hospital authorities told them
that Geeta Kapoor cannot leave the hospital until her son signs a No Objection
Certificate.
Pandit had then filed an FIR at the Goregaon police
station and the cops launched a man hunt for the actor’s son Raja.
Now some good news!
The police has taken stock of the situation and delivered
a NoC to discharge Geeta Kapoor from the hospital.
Raja is still untraceable but Ashoke Pandit told
SpotboyE.com that Geeta Kapoor will finally be moved to an institution in 2-3
days, where she will be looked after in a dignified manner.
